The Blastmaster 60 Cu. Ft. Abrasive Blasting Pot has the same high-production features as the larger capacity bulk pots in a smaller capacity size. The pressure vessel is part of an abrasive blasting system to deliver a mixture of abrasive and compressed air to a work surface. Marco blast pots are proudly engineered and manufactured in the USA and built in accordance with ASME guidelines. Each Marco blast pot is designed with added features to enhance work site safety. Blastmaster Abrasive Blasting Pots are manufactured using higher quality materials that resist wear, reducing costly downtime and increasing production rates. Typical applications include blast rooms, blast yards, bridges, oil refineries, shipyards and storage tanks. Common abrasives used include garnet, mineral abrasives, slags and steel grit/shot.

The 60 cubic foot abrasive capacity provides a unique option for work sites where a high-production, multiple-outlet configuration is ideal but larger bulk pots are too cumbersome. Rated at 150 PSI and using 1-1/2 I.D. pusher lines, the Blastmaster 60 Cu. Ft. Abrasive Blasting Pot allows up to four operators to blast at higher pressures for an extended period of time. The vessel can be filled with abrasive from bulk bags, pneumatic tanker, or a storage hopper, reducing the time to fill the vessel with abrasive.

The Blastmaster 60 Cu. Ft. Abrasive Blasting Pot has a bolted, 4 flanged clean-out port at the bottom of the vessel, providing quick and easy access for cleaning out abrasive.

The Blastmaster Camlock Closure Lockout Device deters access to the camlocks when the blast pot is pressurized. This safety device comes standard on all Blastmaster Bulk Pots.
